Get ready for an unforgettable night of Bollywood and Indian regional music, dancing, photography, and networking with the Indian and international community in Seoul.

🎟️ Entrance Fees

  • General Entry – Men & Women: ₩20,000
    Available until 25 August 2026, 11:59 PM KST

  • Group of 3 or more girls: ₩15,000 per person
    Available until 20 August 2026, 11:59 PM KST

  • At the Door: ₩30,000
    Available on 29 August only if vacant slots remain.

Please note: If you register under the discounted group offer and one person cancels, the group discount will no longer apply. You will need to find a third person to retain the discounted price.

The discounted ladies' group offer ends on 20 August. After that, the regular ₩20,000 entry fee will apply to both men and women.

👗 Dress Code

Dress in any color, although Red or White is especially recommended.

Ladies: Chic & elegant dresses, cocktail gowns, or Desi outfits with statement jewelry.

Men: Silk/satin shirts, blazers with kurtas, kurtas with boots, Indo-Western outfits, polo T-shirts, fashionable collared shirts, jackets, suits, or formal blazers.

📌 Important Entry Information

  • Advance registration is mandatory. Entry is not permitted without prior registration, even if you know the event organizers or administrators.

  • The event does not offer free entry. Unauthorized attempts to enter may be reported to the police.

  • Guests must bring a valid ARC or passport with a valid visa for entry. No other forms of ID will be accepted.

  • Guests without valid immigration status or work authorization will not be permitted to enter, even if they have paid the entrance fee.

  • Children are not permitted at the event.

  • Registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Your registration is considered final only after the entrance fee has been deposited.

  • Guests who misbehave may be asked to leave the venue immediately.

  • The event has a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment, and incidents may be reported to the police.

  • The organizers collect registration information to ensure the event runs smoothly and state that the information will not be shared with third parties.

Cancellation & refund policy

Set by the organizer for this experience

  • The last date for registration is 25 August 2026 at 11:59 PM KST.

  • Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you cancel a group booking under the discounted 3-or-more-girls offer, the discounted price will no longer apply unless the group maintains the required minimum of three participants.

  • If one participant cancels from a discounted group booking, the remaining participants may need to find another participant to retain the discounted group price.

  • Entry fees are considered final after registration and payment, subject to the cancellation terms above.

  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, registered participants will be contacted regarding a refund.

  • Refunds issued due to organizer cancellation or postponement will be processed within two weeks.

  • No refund will be provided to guests who are refused entry because they do not have the required valid identification or visa/immigration documentation.

  • No refund will be provided for guests who are denied entry due to violation of the event's rules or conduct requirements.

This covers cancellations for:

  • Minimum participants not reached
  • Severe weather
  • Other reasons beyond the organizer’s control

We’ll email you and send an in-app notice.

Because you pay the organizer directly, they issue the refund — usually via the same payment method.
